Specific:
~ Continue Meal Ministries partnering, i.e. BIB & Food Pantry.
~ Partner with pastor to help with pastoral care.
~ Provide new programs/ministries that provide group approach; i.e. Photo Directory initiative.
~Develop a group  to improve Social Media; i.e. Website, FB, Twitter, AV’s
~Participate in Community Opportunities; i.e. Luminaries, Halloween light- stick give aways, Autumnfest, Rummage Sales, Food Pantry, Carnival of Sales
Measurable:
~ Use of Vital Signs Resource Tool
~ Track 5% increase in 1st time guests, 2nd time guests and Plan a quarterly “Bring a Friend” special Sunday.
~ Track District & community events participated in & # persons involved Increase volunteer participation by ?% by 12/31/19.
~ Track programs not working & participation in new programs developed.
~ Track individual cares & contacts weekly to become a weekly part of sharing & welcoming in worship.
Actionable:    
~ Utilize many resources from Disscipleship Ministries that encourage small group discussions, youth involvement, Soul Care through resources like “The Upper Room”, Reaching hearts and minds for greater generosity, to help congregations reach new people. ~ Develop a community outreach representing all age groups.
Realistic:
~ Prune programs that aren't working to free up volunteers for new programs that build leaders & grow membership.
Timely:    
~ Measure weekly, monthly and/or quarterly
Phase 1:
(a) PPR adopts 2019 Goals & Objectives above;
(b) Conduct Spiritual Gifts Inventory;
(c) Pastor conducts Sermon Series;
